Standard delivery for all purchases to anywhere in Australia is charged at a flat rate of $9.95 (inc GST). Plus, we offer FREE shipping for all Australian orders over $150.

What Is the Timeframe For Delivery Within Australia?

How quickly you receive your products depends on whether you order on a weekday or weekend, what state you are in, and whether you are located in metro or regional Australia. We only work with the most reputable shipping partners to ship your much anticipated order to you.

We ship from our warehouse based in Melbourne, Victoria, and it takes between 3 to 5 business days for metro areas, and slightly longer for WA, SA and regional areas. Where our carriers tell us about expected delays, we will communicate this with you. Please note - you would be aware that delivery times can vary according to the shipping partner’s load volumes. We will do what we can to hurry things along, but unfortunately, we do not accept any liability as a result of such delays.

The timeframe for delivery to New Zealand does vary. It is common for NZ deliveries to take up to 10 days. As above, delivery times vary according to the shipping partner’s load volumes and estimates given as to the delivery date are out of our control. We always do what we can to ensure speedy receipt of your order, but we do not accept any liability because of such delays.

What Happens If I Enter an Incorrect or Incomplete Address?

Please make sure you double check your delivery address at checkout when confirming your order. Where you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and we are unable to deliver your products, we may need to charge a redelivery fee.

How Do I Return Faulty Products?

We are confident you will not need to do this, however if you do, it’s easy! Once you have emailed us, please pack the product well to prevent damage. Please await our further instructions for mailing.
